Contract role – Frailty Team
Pertemps are recruiting for an experienced Physiotherapist in the West Midlands.
Team: Frailty Team
Service: Comprehensive Geriatric Assessment Clinic
Responsibilities:
- Assessment of up to 4 patients in clinic.
- Looking at falls risk and mobility issues.
- Follow ups are then completed in patients own home.
- Working location: Clinic operates from Stan Ball Centre, Bloxwich, Walsall.
- Follow up visits will be in patients homes.
