• Provide therapy to 5 patients in pathway 2 beds, delivering impactful in‑patient rehabilitation services.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure patient‑centred care.
• Regularly assess and review patient progress, creating tailored rehabilitation plans.
• Offer guidance and support to patients and their families, helping them achieve the best possible outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records to facilitate efficient and effective care delivery.

• Valid HCPC registration.
• At least 2 years of professional experience in a similar role, ideally within the NHS or UK healthcare system.
• A car driver is preferable to assist with potential community visits and to offer greater service flexibility.
