Lyrette Physiotherapy in Kirkland Lake is seeking a full-time Registered Kinesiologist. This role offers valuable experience working with individuals of all ages and abilities across various settings. The ideal candidate will:

1. Conduct comprehensive clinical and functional assessments of patients' physical abilities and limitations.
2. Develop therapeutic exercise programs, monitor patient progress, and adjust treatments to ensure optimal outcomes.
3. Educate patients on movement principles, injury prevention, and rehabilitation techniques.
4. Collaborate with the rehabilitation team on patient care, assist clinicians in treatment, and participate in return-to-work planning.
5. Complete employer assessments such as Physical Demands Analysis (PDA), Post Offer Employment Testing (POET), and Functional Abilities/Capacity Evaluations (FAE/FCA) to verify job capability.
6. Maintain accurate records of assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes (SOAP format) using electronic software.
7. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing patient inquiries promptly and courteously.
8. Stay updated on the latest research and advancements in kinesiology and related fields.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology.
• Registered and in good standing with the College of Kinesiologists of Ontario (CKO).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced clinical environment.
• A positive, professional, and flexible attitude.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant software applications.
• Fluency in English and French is an asset (not required).
• Valid Ontario driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle, as travel is required.

Salary ranges from $24.00 to $30.00 per hour, depending on experience.

Work hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm (may vary based on clinic needs). Travel within the surrounding area and serviced regions may be required.
