Skills
This is a permanent, part-time opportunity with a forward-thinking and highly respected practice. They are looking to add a Lead Clinical Pharmacist to their close-knit pharmacy team for around 24 hours per week.
The practice seeks a Clinical Pharmacist with Primary Care experience, who is a Prescriber and has completed the CPPE Pathway. The Lead Clinical Pharmacist will manage the Pharmacist team (Pharmacists, Pharmacy Technicians and Repeat Prescription Administrators) with both clinical and managerial responsibilities, including governance, compliance, and policy writing.
Salary: £54,600 - £58,500 per annum FTE DOE (£28 - £30 per hour DOE) + NHS pension + 5 weeks Annual Leave + Bank Holidays + Ad Hoc Study + Indemnity

- Lead Clinical Pharmacist for the practice
- Be a prescriber and have completed the CPPE Pathway
- Clinical duties including SMRs, polypharmacy, medicines management, etc.
- Managerial responsibilities including supervisions, observations, and 1:1s
- Based at one practice with flexible start and finish times
- Participate in governance, compliance and policy development
- Support opportunities for career progression within the role
- Experience in Primary Care as a Clinical Pharmacist

- Salary up to £58,500 FTE DOE (£30 per hour)
