A leading GP surgery in Swindon is seeking a full-time Clinical Pharmacist to join its established Pharmacy team. This role offers a hybrid working model with one day per week from home. A great opportunity has arisen with a very forward-thinking GP surgery in Swindon, looking for a full-time Clinical Pharmacist to join their established Pharmacy team. The role offers hybrid working with one day per week working from home. The day-to-day will consist of usual Clinical Pharmacist duties such as SMRs, Polypharmacy, Meds Reconciliation, etc, as well as the opportunity to develop any specific areas of interest.

Minimum Requirement

Salary

£45,945 to £54,210 per annum FTE DOE (£23.56 - £27.80 per hour DOE) + NHS pension + 5 weeks Annual Leave + Bank Holidays + Ad Hoc Study Leave + Indemnity

Your Role

• Ideally have completed the IP and CPPE pathway
• Work alongside a strong MDT and other Pharmacists

• Occasional care home rounds but very infrequent
• Optional extended hours

• Flexible start and finish times
