A leading GP surgery in Swindon is seeking a full-time Clinical Pharmacist to join its established Pharmacy team. This role offers a hybrid working model with one day per week from home. Responsibilities include conducting patient-facing appointments, managing SMRs, and Polypharmacy. Candidates must have Primary Care experience and should ideally have completed the IP and CPPE pathway. Qualifications

• Conduct patient-facing appointments.
• Work alongside a strong MDT and other Pharmacists.
