We are an organisation of 2,000 employees in the UK, headquartered in London, in a brandânew office designed with sustainability, âconvivialityâ and collaboration in mind. This position sits in our Chivas Brothers business. At Chivas Brothers, our 1,600âstrong team across 27 sites is committed to upholding the heritage of Scotch and ensuring its sustainable future, as well as opening it up to new audiences across the globe.
As a Senior Host, you will effectively assist in the dayâtoâday supervision and operation of the Brand Home actively working with Brand Home management and team. Where required, in the absence of Brand Home Management, you will be asked to act as duty manager and be responsible for all procedures and staff.
All experiences are an essential part of the role as well as delivering optimum service whilst in the shop.
The majority of working time will be customer facing, leading the seasonal team and with project management tasks being undertaken when applicable.
