DCT Recruitment is seeking a Non-Contentious Commercial Solicitor (0-3 years PQE) to join a forward-thinking legal team in Liverpool. • Advising clients on a wide range of commercial contracts, including shipping, aviation, general logistics, and finance and banking agreements.
• Supporting the Head of Corporate Transactions with commercial due diligence and contract reviews.
• Providing guidance on data protection, compliance, and regulatory matters.
• Drafting clear, practical, and commercially sound documentation tailored to individual client needs.
• Building and maintaining trusted relationships with high-profile clients to support their ongoing business operations and growth.

• 0-3 years' PQE in non-contentious commercial law.
