Commercial Solicitor - Cambridge with hybrid working

An innovative early-stage biotech company with exceptional potential for growth and market impact.

1. Working across a range of commercial activities to provide legal advice across stakeholder groups on business decisions, ensuring compliance and risk management.
2. Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating international commercial contracts.
3. Advising colleagues on operational matters including regulatory compliance, IP, and data protection.
4. Assisting with the development of internal policies, procedures, guidance, and training.

1. 2+ PQE, UK or US qualified lawyer.
2. Strong commercial acumen and problem-solving skills.
3. Proven experience in contract negotiation.
4. Robust approach to compliance.
5. Proactive, adaptable, and eager to keep abreast of relevant legal developments and regulation changes.
