Qualifications

• 8+ PQE experience as a Solicitor or CILEx with practising rights.
• Strong background in Personal Injury litigation.
• Solid knowledge of the MOJ Portal and litigation procedures.

Responsibilities

• Support a Director across a high-quality caseload of serious and catastrophic injury claims.
• Draft witness statements and letters of claim.
• Manage pre-issue and post-issue litigation tasks.
