Job summary
A leading legal recruitment agency is seeking a Solicitor–Corporate and Commercial to join their Devizes office, with occasional duties in London. The ideal candidate will have over 2 years of PQE in corporate and commercial law and must be skilled in documentation drafting. You will engage in various aspects of corporate governance, attend networking events, and contribute to marketing efforts. This permanent, full-time position offers a negotiable salary based on experience.
Qualifications
- Approx. 2+ years PQE in corporate and commercial matters.
- Experience in drafting corporate and commercial documentation.
- Enthusiasm to contribute to the firm's values and ethos.
Responsibilities
- Perform corporate and commercial work including buying and selling businesses.
- Assist with company structures and restructuring.
- Engage in marketing services of the firm and the specific team.
