The role
  • Managing a varied caseload of private family law matters
  • Handling divorce and separation cases from initial instruction through to conclusion
  • Advising on and progressing financial settlements following divorce
  • Managing private Children Act proceedings
  • Conducting client consultations and providing clear, practical and sensitive legal advice
  • Drafting correspondence and legal documentation to a high standard
  • Representing clients where required
  • Maintaining efficient case management while delivering excellent client care
  • Taking ownership of networking and supporting marketing initiatives to grow the family department
  • Offered on either an employed or consultant basis
