This role offers an excellent opportunity for a driven and ambitious Solicitorwho is ready to take the next step in your career and make a real impact as the business continues to expand.

You will have the chance to lead, mentor and develop a team of Solicitors and Paralegals handling RTA, EL/PL, vehicle damage and credit hire claims, while still maintaining hands‑on involvement through your own varied caseload of complex, high-value matters. This role offers a strong balance of leadership responsibility and technical legal work, allowing you to continue developing both your management and legal expertise.
