A leading B-Corp accredited FMCG business is seeking a Project Buyer in Camberley to support short and mid-term innovation plans. The successful candidate will manage multiple projects, liaise with suppliers and marketing/R&D teams, and lead negotiations on cost, packaging, and resources. This role requires proven experience in buying and supplier management within the FMCG sector. Strong communication and project management skills are essential for influencing stakeholders and driving projects from concept to launch.
Qualificações
- Proven experience in buying and supplier management within the FMCG industry.
- Ability to manage multiple projects across various categories.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
Responsabilidades
- Support Brand Innovation and Renovation plans.
- Manage multiple projects from inception to completion.
- Lead negotiations with suppliers on project details.
- Select suppliers for tenders and secure resources.
