Maintenance Engineer – FMCG Manufacturing

Are you an experienced Maintenance Engineer looking for a Monday to Friday, days-only role within a rapidly growing FMCG manufacturing business in the Luton / Bedfordshire area , where your skills are valued and career progression is genuine?

We are working with a well-established and expanding manufacturer seeking skilled Maintenance Engineers to support a modern, high-volume FMCG production site in Luton, Bedfordshire . The Role

Operating within a fast‑paced FMCG environment, you’ll be responsible for a balanced mix of Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and Reactive Maintenance , ensuring machinery and production lines run safely, efficiently, and with minimal downtime.

Key responsibilities will include :

• Carrying out planned maintenance on a range of automated manufacturing and packaging equipment
• Responding to breakdowns and fault‑finding in a time‑critical production environment
• Supporting continuous improvement and reliability initiatives
• Working closely with production teams to maintain output and quality standards

This role is Monday to Friday, days only , offering excellent work–life balance and routine working hours.
