We have an exciting opportunity for a Graduate Buyer to joinour Graduate scheme as part of ourSeptember 2026cohort. Out Graduate scheme is designed to develop our futuretalentby giving you real responsibility from day one.You’lljoin our Procurement team and be supported throughout with structured training, excitingprojectsand invaluable industry experience. Our Graduate programme focuses on helping you develop specialistexpertise,you’llcomplete four six-month rotations acrossdifferent categoriesto give you a wide breadth of experience across Procurement.You’llalso develop your skills and knowledge by completingtheSupply Chain and Procurement Level 4 Apprenticeshipleading to the achievement of yourCIPs level 4 qualification,.

  • You’lllearn all about strategic procurement including cost reduction, supply chain resilience, risk mitigation, and ESG enablement
  • You’llsupportprocurement managers and business stakeholders toidentifyopportunities for improvement for specific categories of spend (e.g. packaging)
  • You’llbuildsubject matterexpertisefor specific categories of support – e.g. detailed knowledge of commercial models, supply market, andpurchasingdynamics
  • You’llconduct supply market research toidentifynew innovations and opportunities for areas of the business you partner
  • You’llprepare key analysis and documentation to support influencing stakeholders on recommended areas for change / improvement on external spend and supplier management
  • You’llproactively request and action feedback from procurement team and wider business stakeholders
  • You’llown the commercial and contract negotiations through to contract handover for your categories with support for senior procurement team
  • You’llworkcloselywiththefinance team and business stakeholders to track and report on benefits delivered to senior management
  • You’llcontribute to the continuous development of the Procurement Team’s governance, ways of working, and supplier risk management processes
  • You’llprovide direction and best practise for procurement to stakeholders and project leads
  • You’llbe the sourceof externalexpertisewhererequiredin line withEvri’sprocurement strategy
  • You’lldevelop yournetwork, working across multiple business areas,you’llcollaborate with senior stakeholders and present insights to Heads of and Directors.
  • You’llreceive mentoring and join a network of emerging talent through ourEVRiEmerging TalentDevelopment programme.

This is an agile role that may require travel from time to time. It can be basedfromanywhere in the UK.

Whatyou’llneed to become a Graduate Buyer :
  • A minimum 2 : 2 Degree in Maths, Business,Dataor another STEM field
