Join us as an Extended Range Product Manager to drive the strategy and development of Thorntons’ exclusive product range for Ferrero Partners and D2C channels. Lead innovation, strategy, and profitability, creating standout products that make a real impact on a beloved brand.

• Manage range development in collaboration with Brand Marketing, creating customer-focused product briefs.
• Lead product development with R&D and packaging teams, ensuring projects align with brand strategy.
• Brief and approve product artwork, liaise with stakeholders, and present updates to senior leadership.
• Define range strategy, support new and existing product development, and optimize the extended range using market insights.
• Oversee product photography, website content, and marketing copy to ensure alignment with brand positioning.
• Support digital and social campaigns, shaping product features and copy.
• Develop website content with digital, brand marketing, and creative teams to enhance online presence.

Seeking candidates with brand marketing experience, strategic mindset, and strong commercial acumen. Project management skills across the 4 P’s are essential, along with flexibility, problem-solving, and stakeholder influence abilities. Packaging and artwork development experience, plus eCommerce or D2C project management background in food manufacturing, are preferred.
