The operations team is responsible for delivering Vysiion solutions and services to customer-focused and internal projects through project managers, technical architects, and engineering teams. The Project Coordinator role supports these teams by maintaining project standards, contributing to reporting cycles, and providing project assurance to senior management. The role primarily focuses on Operational Technology (OT) projects within the Critical National Infrastructure sector and involves developing project support capabilities across Vysiion.

• Own and deliver tasks or work packages as required by the Project Manager.
• Engage with technical team members to deliver quotations and Bills of Materials aligned with customer requirements.
• Coordinate change management activities for timely delivery.
• Contribute to establishing effective project and service processes, reviewing and amending them as necessary.
• Report project progress, issues, dependencies, and risks, and make recommendations for decision-making.
• Manage schedules, KanBan boards, Meisterplan, and Ops Reports through collaboration with project teams.
• Create and publish success stories within Vysiion and Exponential-e.
• Update action logs, take minutes, prepare documentation, and facilitate meetings; capable of standing in for the project manager.
• Assess risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Consolidate project outcomes to support future sales and account growth.

• Implement quality assurance processes in line with ISO standards.
• Ensure operations activities comply with company policies and procedures.
• Consolidate project financial reports monthly and explore new performance measures.
• Participate in financial estimating and gate review activities.
• Validate project financials with financial managers.
• Monitor costs and revenues across projects.

• Proficient in M365 tools, especially Excel.
• Professional and courteous manner.
• Experience in organizational planning, stakeholder communication, and delivering outcomes.
