Your New Salary: £35-£40K per annum

Location: Central London

Job Status: permanent, hybrid (4 days a week in office)

Start Date: end of February

Working Hours: 37.5 hp/week, Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm or 9am-6pm

Who You'll Be Working for: One of the UK and EU’s fastest-growing sports recovery and fitness e-commerce brands.

What You'll Be Doing Each Day:

You’ll be working on a range of innovative Sports Recovery Technology products, supporting inbound freight, product management, quality assurance, and operational documentation. This role acts as a key bridge between product sourcing, customer service, and operations—helping to ensure our products meet the highest standards through out their lifecycle.

Responsibilities:
  • Take point on product documentation, ensuring internal knowledge bases are accurate and current during product development.
  • Liaise between Customer Service, Product Sourcing teams, and suppliers to identify, raise and resolve product queries and faults.
  • Maintain fault tracking, spot trends in fault data, and support corrective action follow‑through.
  • Support the team within inbound logistics by tracking shipments, assisting with freight coordination, and keeping ETAs up to date.
  • Coordinate delivery booking-in with UK & EU warehouses, flagging delays, shortages, or discrepancies early.
  • Support shipping/inbound documentation to ensure smooth warehouse intake.
  • Maintain organised digital records in Google Drive for easy cross‑team access.
The Skills You'll Need to Succeed:
  • Previous experience in product operations, supply chain, logistics coordination, QA/QC, or a related role for physical consumer products or electronics sectors.
  • Confident coordinating with offshore manufacturers and third‑party warehouse partners.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, able to produce clear reports and documentation.
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and follow‑through.
  • Comfortable working with simple data in Sheets/Excel to spot trends and summarize findings.
  • Start‑up mindset: proactive, adaptable, and happy working across multiple functions.
  • This role may include occasional trips to China (for factory follow‑ups, or team off‑sites) — all visa costs and arrangements supported.
