A leading elderly care provider in Manchester is seeking a Care Assistant to join their award-winning team. This role requires delivering high-quality personal care and supports residents' dignity and individuality. The ideal candidate will communicate effectively, demonstrate initiative, and respect others. No prior experience is necessary as comprehensive training is provided. As a Care Assistant at Avery Healthcare, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality personal care to residents, contributing to the care team, and ensuring continuity of services. Your focus as Care Assistant is to deliver high standards of personal care, contributing fully to the care team to ensure continuity of services to residents. Other responsibilities include assisting residents with personal hygiene, recognizing and escalating clinical risks, and acting courteously towards residents and their visitors while respecting their dignity and individuality. You will be required to practice safe systems of work across a range of tasks.
