A local healthcare organization in Redhill is seeking a Lead Chemotherapy Nurse responsible for overseeing the chemotherapy service. The role demands advanced skills in SACT and accountability for service quality. The successful candidate will facilitate continuous improvement in care delivery and must hold relevant professional registration. This position offers a salary range of £55,690 to £62,682, along with a high-cost allowance, in an inclusive and supportive work environment.
To be responsible for the chemotherapy service within Surrey and Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust as the Lead Chemotherapy Nurse using an advanced level of SACT knowledge and skills, professional accountability and judgement.
As an experienced practitioner, the post holder will be expected to create an environment of continuous quality improvement and professional development, ensuring that the delivery of care is regularly reviewed and that service developments are implemented when necessary.
