Toolmaker – 4 on / 4 off (Days) | £42,000 | Tamworth

We're recruiting on behalf of a valued client in Tamworth for a skilled Toolmaker to join their engineering team. This is a permanent role working a 4 on / 4 off day shift pattern, offering excellent work-life balance and a competitive salary of £42,000.

💼 The Role

You'll be working in a busy manufacturing environment, supporting production by manufacturing, maintaining, and repairing tooling and associated components to a high standard. This is a hands‑on role that requires precision, quick thinking, and a proactive approach to problem‑solving.
