Job Description

As the Recruitment Manager, you will lead a small team of Recruitment Advisors and get involved in both operational and strategic priorities, along with:



  • Coordinate and manage end-to-end recruitment processes.

  • Drive & lead on organisational-wide projects.

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide tailored solutions.

  • Ensure compliance with all recruitment policies and employment legislation.

  • Oversee job advertisements and ensure they align with organisational standards.

  • Support diversity and inclusion initiatives throughout the recruitment process.

  • Manage candidate communication and provide an excellent candidate experience.

  • Analyse recruitment metrics and provide regular updates to senior management.
