The Finance Team is here to bring value to Redgate by providing insightful financial advice and analysis, with integrity and objectivity, to support Redgate’s key decision‑making processes and organisational goals. In addition, we maintain our own high standards by running lean, compliant and operationally excellent practices.
We’re looking for an FP&A Analyst to join the team, reporting to the FP&A Manager. This role plays a key part in how we plan, measure and forecast business performance. You’ll be responsible for building and improving financial and commercial models, supporting budgeting and forecasting cycles, and variance analysis turning data into clear, actionable insight for stakeholders. The role will be challenging and diverse and we will support your development for you to do great work.
