Salary: We offer an industry-leading pay and benefits package with an annual salary of £22,120.28 plus Scottish Distant Islands Allowance (SDIA) = £2,500

Full Time, 41 hours per week – You'll work five days a week with two days off. Start times range from 07:00 to 10:00, Monday to Saturday. Flexibility is key to meeting the needs of our customers.

• SCQF Level 6 Diploma in Customer Service
• PDA in Introductory Leadership & Management
• Potential to step into a Deputy Manager role
• Potential to complete your Level 7 Management Qualification and continue your leadership journey

As a Management Pipeline Apprentice, you'll:

• Start your day sorting and preparing mail
• Deliver parcels and letters with care and efficiency
• Represent Royal Mail with pride and professionalism
• Provide outstanding customer service on your route

You'll be supported every step of the way with:

• National 5 in Maths and English (Grades A-D)
