A reputable care provider in Carlisle is looking for a Senior Care Assistant to lead the care team and ensure high standards of care. The role requires medication management experience and a commitment to delivering quality person-centered care. Eden Manor is a luxury purpose-built care home providing care for up to 80 residents, the home is designed for people requiring Residential, Dementia and End of Life care. Situated in a quiet residential area within the Morton area of Carlisle in Cumbria, the home provides residents with a peaceful environment, the home is surround by beautifully landscaped gardens and Chances Park. The home offers a supportive environment with 80 En-Suite bedrooms and comfortable lounge and dining areas. Our dedicated teams are hand selected through a rigorous recruitment process to ensure we meet the resident\'s individual care and social needs and provide an exceptional level of care, Eden Manor only employs permanent team members and has had 0 agency usage since opening in 2022. The home proudly embodies the Lovett Care commitment to excellence, ensuring a warm, welcoming environment where residents feel valued and supported. Eden Manor has a dedicated activities and well-being team who cover a 7 day period to provide engagement and socialisation to all who live in the home and the local community.
We are seeking to appoint a kind, caring and motivated Senior Care Assistant to join our team. You will support the Home Manager and Deputy Home Manager in providing leadership to the care team and effective 24-hour management of the home within the available resources. We have a full time contract available with an hourly rate of £13.10! Shift times are 2000-0800, with alternate weekend working. To apply for this role you must have medication management and administration experience.
