Job summary
A leading media agency is seeking a Legal Counsel to support business teams with client contracting and negotiations, while also assisting with M&A transactions. The ideal candidate will be a qualified solicitor with 6 months to 2 years of experience in a corporate environment. Responsibilities include managing contracts, improving legal processes, and supporting the legal team in a fast-paced environment. This role offers a full-time opportunity in Greater London with a culture of continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- 6 months to 2 years post-qualification experience in a corporate environment is beneficial.
- Experience in a fast-paced growth-oriented company or high-performing private practice is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Support client contracting and negotiation processes.
