What you’ll be doing
  • Deliver an excellent customer experience, taking ownership of customer queries at first point of contact via a multi‑channel contact stream including calls, email, post, web chat and social media.
  • Act as the first point of contact for most incoming enquiries ranging from tenancy and rent queries, moving in and out of a home, and other ad‑hoc support.

When and where you’ll be doing it

37‑hour working week; location: central Maidstone head office (modern workspace).
