Job summary
A hospitality employer in the United Kingdom seeks a Housekeeper. Responsibilities include ensuring cleanliness in lounges, engaging with guests, and replenishing amenities. The position requires flexible shifts, including early and late shifts, and knowledge of health and safety standards. Previous cleaning experience is preferred.

Responsibilities
- Engage with guests and maintain cleanliness in lounges.
- Replenish amenities and ensure hygiene standards are met.
- Follow cleaning procedures and safety protocols.
As a Housekeeper you engage with each guest and are are a key player in the team and you ensure our lounges are always pristine-clean. A multi-skilled role with responsibility for each of the below areas;
- Carry out all cleaning duties in the lounge floors, emptying bins. Replenish guest amenities, toiletries, and towels in a timely manner.
- Ensure the services, hygiene, cleanliness, and tidiness of the Lounge achieve total customer satisfaction and meet company standards.
- Use of cleaning products in a safe manner.
- To follow cleaning procedures including use of equipment · Health and safety in the workplace including Control of Substances Harmful to Health (COSHH)
- Keeping public areas clean and tidy.
You will be asked to work 5 days a week (can differ each week) a mixture of early shifts starting at 5.00am and late shifts finishing at 7.30pm
