Role Description

In this position you will own client relations across our core retainer base and campaign projects acting as the conduit between client and our creative and social teams. Your day to day will consist of:



  • Day-to-day communication with a roster of agency clients.

  • Building deep client relationships - becoming their go-to contact and advisor, as though an extension of their existing internal team.

  • Pitch support and preparation alongside the founders.

  • Managing campaigns from briefing to delivery, ensuring alignment across creative, influencer, production & social.

  • Coordinating with internal teams to keep work on track.

  • Leading regular client check-ins, performance reviews, and renewal conversations.

  • Identifying opportunities to grow accounts through new services, campaigns, or channels.

  • Networking and Lead sourcing to identify and share opportunities to work with new clients (incentivised outside of salary)

  • Maintaining reporting and ensure client satisfaction & retention KPIs are hit.

  • Experience in influencer marketing and social media / content is very important.



Candidate Profile

You’ve already spent a few years inside an agency and you’re ready to step up - owning client relationships and influencing strategy, not just managing tasks. This will offer a fast-track route to be our Account Director within 12 months and be able to build out a bigger client services team within 24 months.



You’ll bring :


  • 3+ years’ experience in a social, content or influencer agency.

  • A proven record of managing clients, campaigns, or retainers end-to-end.

  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

  • A good grasp of marketing fundamentals - from creative process to media performance.

  • The ability to balance creative ambition with commercial reality.

  • Organised, proactive, and great under pressure.

  • Ambition to grow into an Account Director role within 12–24 months and help build out the client services function.
