About the Company:

Our company has been employee-owned for 35 years and is a leading manufacturer of films and coatings used in a variety of globally distributed products. Due to team expansion, we are seeking skilled maintenance engineers to join our dynamic and growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct scheduled maintenance to ensure smooth operation of machinery
• Respond promptly to breakdowns, prioritising workload effectively
• Participate in continuous improvement projects to enhance operational efficiency
• Adhere to health & safety protocols and report incidents accurately
• Provide guidance and support to apprentice engineers during shifts

Experience & Skills Required:

• Hands-on experience with coating machinery, rollers, steam generation equipment, chemical mixers, drives, motors, hydraulics, pneumatics, and fabrication/welding

Qualifications:

• Apprentice-trained (preferred)
• NVQ Level 3, HNC, or HND in Engineering

Week 1: Monday-Thursday 06:00-18:00

Week 3: Monday-Tuesday 18:00-06:00, Friday 06:00-15:00
