We’re an independent bakery known for our handmade flatbreads, we craft each product daily using premium ingredients and traditional baking techniques. Our aim is to celebrate authentic flavors while inviting a diverse community to enjoy the food and culture we love.
We’re seeking a creative, hands-on Fractional Marketing Manager to lead our marketing strategy and execution. This part-time role involves working closely with the owner and operations team to grow brand visibility, increase foot traffic, boost online sales, and foster customer loyalty—across both digital and in-store touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and implement a seasonal, flexible marketing strategy that aligns with business goals.
- Monitor marketing effectiveness and adapt strategies based on insights and data.
Digital Marketing
- Manage and grow our presence across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
- Coordinate and execute email campaigns (newsletters, offers, product launches).
- Maintain and optimize the website and online ordering channels (e.g. Deliveroo).
- Launch and manage paid advertising campaigns on Meta and Google platforms.
Local & In-Store Marketing
- Design and deliver in-store campaigns (signage, seasonal displays, POS).
- Build partnerships with local businesses, schools, and community groups.
- Organize participation in local events, food markets, and festivals.
- Oversee print materials including packaging, flyers, and signage.
Brand & Content
- Maintain consistent visual and brand messaging across all platforms.
- Develop original, engaging content such as behind-the-scenes stories and product spotlights.
- Coordinate with external creatives including designers, photographers, and videographers.
About You
- 5+ years of marketing experience, ideally in food, hospitality, or small business settings.
- Confident in both digital and offline marketing approaches.
- Deep understanding of local and community-based marketing.
- Proficient in content creation, copywriting, and social media strategy.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
- Experienced with platforms such as Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Google Analytics.
