A premium eCommerce fulfilment provider in the UK is seeking a Head of Marketing to own the marketing strategy and drive growth. This role requires proven leadership in multi-brand environments and the ability to develop high-impact marketing plans. The ideal candidate will lead a team, partner with sales, and oversee campaigns to maximize ROI. This is a hybrid role offering competitive salary and the opportunity to significantly shape the company's marketing future.
Zendgroup owns and operates a growing portfolio of high-performing businesses, including:
We are an entrepreneurial group with ambitious growth plans. Our businesses are powered by innovation, collaboration, and a strong commercial mindset. Marketing plays a central role in how we grow, differentiate, and win.
As Head of Marketing, you will own the Group-wide marketing strategy and be accountable for marketing's contribution to growth. This is a senior, commercially focused leadership role with responsibility for setting direction, building capability, and delivering measurable impact across brand, demand, and revenue.
You will lead and develop a blended in-house and external team, define priorities across multiple businesses, and ensure marketing is tightly aligned with Group objectives. This role reports into senior leadership and works closely with Sales, Operations, and Product.
This is not a campaign-delivery role. We are looking for someone who can decide what matters, where to invest, and how marketing drives growth.
We are looking for a senior marketer who combines strategic thinking with commercial instinct and strong leadership.
