A leading fashion retailer located in Old Woking is seeking a Department Manager to oversee a department and ensure a Customer First Experience. Responsibilities include leading teams, analyzing KPI performance, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. Ideal candidates will have strong management experience in customer-facing environments and the ability to provide flexibility in their schedule. This is a permanent position offering 39 hours per week. The position is based in one of our H&M stores in Surrey. Our leaders have the ambition to grow both our people and our business. As a Department Manager you are responsible for overseeing a department to support the Sales and Profit of the store and, with your team, deliver a Customer First Experience.
