What you’ll be doing?

12-month Maternity Cover

As a Receptionist, you may be the first or last person our guests interact with. Your customer service skills will be top-notch. From the arrival experience to check-out, you will shape guests’ impressions, from a warm welcome to ensuring they leave satisfied.

The role involves working closely with other departments to enhance the guest experience, answering calls, allocating rooms, and preparing bills. Strong computer skills are essential alongside excellent personal skills.

What you’ll need to be a Receptionist?
  • Genuine, warm approach with outstanding people skills
  • Strong attention to detail and IT proficiency, ensuring accuracy in room allocation, billing, and noticing small details like guests’ preferences
  • Good communication skills and proficient English, both written and spoken
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a positive, proactive attitude
  • Previous experience is preferred but passion for excellent customer service and people skills are most important
