Job summary
A leading employer in customer service seeks a German-speaking Customer Service Executive to provide B2B support for clients in a friendly and supportive team. Located in South West London, this role involves responding to customer inquiries, placing orders, and liaising with logistics partners. Candidates must speak fluent German and possess prior customer service experience. The position offers a salary of £28,000 - £30,000 pa, negotiable based on qualifications, with a Monday to Friday working schedule.

£28,000 - £30,000 pa, possibly negotiable depending on languages and skills
Our client is a world leading exporter of some of the world's most recognised brands in the luxury goods sector.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fairly small but very friendly and supportive international customer service team as their German speaking Export Customer Service Executive.
You will be responsible for offering full B2B support to German speaking clients, agents and distributors and will include the following duties and responsibilities:
- Placing customer orders for products
- Advising customers of queries on orders and finding solutions for them
- Dealing with customer complaints
- Liaising with courier and freight companies
- Monitoring the efficiency of the export operations in the territories you are responsible for
- Providing support to the Export Sales Teams for other markets and language when necessary
- Fluent German is essential
- Knowledge of other languages are an advantage but not essential (ideally Spanish, Italian or French)
- Previous customer service experience or administrative experience is essential
- A clear and confident communicator
- A good team player but also able to work independently
- Effective at prioritising and able to work to deadlines and under pressure
£28,000 - £30,000 pa (possible negotiable depending on experience) plus benefits
Monday to Friday (35 hour week)
