Hotel Ambassador – Moxy Birmingham NEC

We have a fantastic position for a Hotel Ambassador at Moxy Birmingham NEC.

This role will predominantly be casual hours working afternoons and evenings; however, there could be some early shifts required. As this is a new role, hours will be flexible to start with and may increase as the role develops.

Moxy boldly breaks the rules of a conventional hotel stay across the globe. The non‑traditional experience starts with check‑in at the Bar Moxy and comes to life throughout its social public spaces.

Responsibilities

Your role is centred around guest interaction, anticipating guests’ needs and creating a memorable experience.

You Will Be Responsible For
  • Welcoming all guests upon arrival to the hotel
  • Assist guests with all needs
  • Make recommendations
  • Ensuring every aspect of the guests stay is perfect
