A Reservationist is required for this stunning and commanding hotel within the beautiful and historic city of Bath.

As Reservationist you will:

• Provide an efficient and professional service to all customers with information that is clearly and coherently administered
• Be responsible for ensuring all guests’ requirements are met
• Be dealing with all enquiries and requests on the day they are received, in order to provide excellent and effective customer service
