An established legal firm in England is seeking a commercial property fee earner to manage non-contentious work and oversee junior fee earners. The role offers a supportive environment with flexible working arrangements and a competitive benefits package including health cover and a discretionary bonus.
We are seeking a commercial property fee earner to work for this established private practice which has a very good reputation and some high-quality clients. There is a need to find someone who can undertake non-contentious commercial property transactional work, in a team environment. The role will be fully supported with a very good secretary, as well as overseeing and developing more junior fee earners.
This is a good career move; the firm are succession planning for the future with changes at Partnership level due to retirement, and there will be a very good career path.
The commercial property team has an impressive track record across all areas of commercial property law, handling everything from small retail units to large-scale developments, giving you the chance to gain experience across different sectors and property types.
