About You

  • 4 PQE+ qualified Employment Solicitor (England & Wales, Australia or New Zealand considered)
  • Confident working autonomously in an advisory‑led role
  • Have an interest in being a leader, and driving growth of the employment branch
  • Commercial, pragmatic, and client‑focused
  • Comfortable working with founders and senior stakeholders
  • Interested in contributing to service and business growth

Why Apply?

  • Work from anywhere in the UK (remote‑first) – Must be based in the UK with the right to work.
