Experienced Solicitor/Litigator RTA

• The candidate will ideally be fluent in Urdu, Bengali, Polish or any Asian language.
• The Salary is negotiable and dependent upon experience, plus bonus.
• Monday-Friday flexible working including 1 or 2 days remote.
• Managing a varied caseload of commercial litigation matters from inception to resolution.
• Providing clear, pragmatic legal advice to clients.
• Drafting pleadings, witness statements, and other legal documents.
• Attending court hearings and advocate where appropriate.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and external partners.
• Working proactively and collaboratively within a supportive team environment.

• You will have approximately 7–10 years of relevant post-qualification experience.
• Be confident working independently and as part of a team.
• Be an attentive listener, detail-oriented, and capable of managing client interactions with professionalism and empathy.
• Demonstrate creative problem-solving and strong analytical skills.
• Be able and willing to travel and attend court hearings as required.
