Job summary
A leading investment bank in London seeks an Employment Lawyer to provide strategic legal counsel regarding employment matters. In this in-house role, you will manage disputes, advise on policies, and ensure delivery of training. - Experience in employment law from a top private practice firm or equivalent in-house financial services.
- Knowledge of complex English employment law and employee relations processes.

- Provide strategic employment law advice on contentious and non-contentious matters.
- Manage disputes and litigation as a senior employment lawyer.
- Advise on bank policies and deliver associated training.
