Job description

With a key focus on real estate, this international law firm is looking to hire an additional real estate PSL/Knowledge lawyer to support the large national group.

Regarded as one of the UK's top real estate practices, the team advise on investment and development projects across a wide range of sectors. Lawyers act for all stakeholders in the real estate market including lenders, developers, investors, tenants and occupiers.

The dynamic knowledge team are pivotal to the group's continued success. As a team their responsibilities include maintaining precedents and practice notes, working with the team on writing articles and publications, providing legislative and policy updates, designing and delivering training programmes, working with the innovation team to develop new processes involving workflow automation and AI products and working with other knowledge lawyers across the firm.

To be suitable for this role it is envisaged you will need a minimum of 5 years PQE with a very strong grounding in all aspects of commercial real estate law. Prior experience as a PSL is helpful but by no means essential. Enthusiasm, a friendly nature and the ability to mentor junior members of the team will be important.
