Job summary
A leading HR consultancy in South London is seeking an Interim HR Generalist for a 3-month contract. The role focuses on shaping people-centric initiatives and requires proven experience in HR responsibilities, including recruitment and employee relations. The ideal candidate has a CIPD qualification, strong analytical skills, and thrives in a dynamic environment. This role is hybrid, needing at least 2 days in the Croydon office.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar role.
- Proven track record in handling diverse HR responsibilities.
- Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices.
