Estimator / Senior Estimator West Yorkshire Main Contractor £55k - £65k + Car / Allowance + Benefits. Our client are a well-established and financially robust local contractor based in West Yorkshire, who are seeking to appoint an experienced Estimator to join their dynamic team. With a turnover of c£20m, they specialise in delivering high-quality new build and refurbishment projects up to £5m across diverse sectors, including industrial and commercial.

The successful candidate will play a vital role in preparing accurate and competitive tenders, analysing project specifications, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects. They should possess a strong understanding of main contracting processes and have a proven track record of pricing projects into the millions, demonstrating both technical expertise and commercial acumen.

• Prepare accurate and competitive tenders for new build and refurbishment projects
• Analyse project specifications and requirements
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of projects
• Apply strong understanding of main contracting processes in pricing and tender submission

• Experience as an Estimator within a main contractor environment
• Proven ability to price projects up to several million pounds across various sectors
• Strong understanding of construction costs, subcontractor negotiations, and procurement practices
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Capable of working under pressure and managing multiple tender submissions simultaneously
• A relevant qualification in construction
