Surveyor (Lender and Private Valuation Work)
Job summary
A leading real estate firm is seeking a Surveyor to conduct valuations and property surveys. This role supports career growth with extensive training and professional development in a collaborative environment. The ideal candidate will have relevant RICS qualifications, be IT literate, and possess strong communication skills. - Previous experience with RICS Level 1, 2 & 3 surveys not essential.

OTE: up to £85,000 per annum

- Undertaking lender and private valuation work.
- RICS Level 1, 2 & 3 surveys (previous experience not essential).
- Assoc RICS, MRICS or FRICS
- Registered Valuer
- Will also need to be IT literate and able to communicate well with the business.
