STAFF SURVEYOR REQUIRED FOR SPECIALIST LENDER

Regional Staff Valuer Required (Residential Valuation)

The client is the UK's leading specialist provider of buy-to-let mortgages to professional landlords and residential property investors.

Due to sustained increases in business & valuation levels our client is seeking an additional home based Regional Staff Surveyor to join their prestigious nationwide team.

Responsibilities

This unique position requires the successful candidate to take on responsibility for West / Central London by providing specialist property advice to the group that includes:

• Undertaking detailed mortgage valuations and security assessments of residential investment properties
• Buy to Let, multiple occupancy and property management
• Organising your own diary appointments with manageable workloads of 1–3 inspections a day on a single reporting format
• Policy ensures quality work is retained for in-house staff surveyors

Qualifications

The role requires :

• MRICS / FRICS or AssocRICS
• Some post qualification experience in Multiple Occupancy & BTL valuation work is preferred but not essential
• Able to use your own initiative and manage your own workload
• Enjoy a challenge and be adaptable
