Qualifications

• Experience working within a Local Authority or Housing Association environment.
• Full UK driving licence with access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Conduct stock condition, HHSRS, and related surveys across various properties.
• Ensure accurate results recording in the asset management system.
• Produce schedules of work and assist in work programmes preparation.
• Commission and oversee specialist surveys and act on results.
• Identify and report defects, quality issues, and health and safety concerns.
