Job summary

A leading real estate firm is seeking a Surveyor to conduct valuations and property surveys. Qualifications

  • Experience in conducting lender and private valuation work is preferred.

Job Summary and Key Responsibilities
Duties will include
  • Undertaking lender and private valuation work.
  • RICS Level 1, 2 & 3 surveys (previous experience not essential).
Skills required
  • Assoc RICS, MRICS or FRICS
  • Registered Valuer
  • Will also need to be IT literate and able to communicate well with the business.
