Senior Water Estimator – Upgrades & Mains (Hybrid)
Job summary
A leading Utilities Contractor in the UK is seeking a freelance Senior Estimator to support pricing for Water Treatment Upgrades, Pumping Stations, and New Water Mains. Based in East Sussex with flexible home working, you'll provide estimating support on bids, assist the Senior Management Team with risk management, and ensure accurate cost data. An attractive day rate is available with the possibility of a long-term contract starting in early Jan 2026 or sooner. Interested candidates should send their CV to the hiring manager.
Qualifications
- Experience Estimating in Water related projects within the Main Contracting sector.
- Background in Quantity Surveying or Estimating.
- Ability to provide estimating support on bids and contracts.
Responsibilities
- Provide estimating support for bids and contracts.
- Assist and advise the Senior Management Team on commercial risks.
- Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to produce accurate estimates.
