Our Macquarie User Access Management Transformation program brings exciting opportunities for Engineers to innovate, design, build and maintain solutions. As part of Site Reliability Engineering, we are responsible for the reliability, performance and efficiency of systems and services that drive user access management controls and operations.

What role will you play?
You will identify opportunities to automate and remove toil across areas within the User Access Management domain such as user access reviews, access provisioning, role-based access controls and more. You will also manage monitoring tools to ensure timely identification and response to issues, with focus on programmatic resolution of common problems.
You will work with other teams to maintain or enhance the incident and change management processes, design features to improve the availability, scalability, performance, and efficiency of SailPoint IdentityIQ. In addition, you will document operational processes that will support our service desk team.
